Local Roots Signup Checklist

This service is available for libraries, archives, museums, and research centers. Your account will be activated ONLY after we have received confirmation from the administrator contact. The web site that you provide will also be accessed to verify the information that you provide.

Please provide us with the following information. The application information will be stored at GenealogyToday.com, which is where all Local Roots configuration is stored. GenealogyToday.com is the only genealogy site to have it's privacy policy reviewed by TRUSTe.

• Organization name and address (street, city, state, zip),
• Organization phone and fax numbers,
• Description of your organization (if not a library),
• Adminstrator contact name and email address,
• Web site address (URL),
• The IP address range of your facility,
• A list of the subscription databases accessible from your location
